Mats Gymnastics is a gymnastics and dance studio, but it is more than just a gym. We seek to help students of any age, shape, size, gender identity, nationality to harness their inner child and use it to exercise while having fun! Whether you have no experience or a lifetime of experience, we challenge you to join us in leaning into mastering your courage and fulfilling your craving for gymnastics and/or dance. Here, everyone is an athlete, regardless of your level when you start. We hope to help you build community and belonging, strengthen your confidence, and even build some social skills. We aim to enrich the lives of all who attend by providing an outlet for our students’ artistic and athletic aspirations. Through a tight knit community, we hope to build a nurturing environment for individuality, self-expression, and the competitive spirit within ourselves.
