FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need any experience to be successful?
Nope! We have students that range from vetted gymnasts, college athletes, as well as complete beginners who have never done gymnastics before, or just tried stuff on their own as kids. We welcome all levels and offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced options for classes.
Can I wear socks or be barefoot?
Totally up to you! We just ask that you don’t wear shoes inside the Gymnastics gym, please. We have cubbies for you to store your belongings while you play.
What do I need to bring to class?
Good question! Bring any comfortable clothing that allows for general mobility. Bring water, and if you forget, we also sell water and Gatorade on site. Lastly, and most importantly bring a good attitude and some bravery.
Do I need to sign up/make a reservation before coming to class?
Not at all! Please just show up, and we’ll have you fill out a waiver form and pay for the class. You’ll place your belongings in a cubby, along with your shoes, start stretching, and wait for the party to begin, when Matt walks in (the instructor).
How do I become an instructor at this gym?
Contact us! We love offering diverse classes at our gym and giving different kinds of artists the opportunity to showcase their expertise. We’d love to set you up for teaching a class.
Are there contracts for memberships or classes?
No! You can pay for exactly how many classes you want and stop whenever you’d like. We do not offer refunds.
